Through our association with The Happiness Institute, 3 Minute Angels can now build upon this initial workplace mood-lift by providing new techniques to support and encourage the happiness and motivation of your team.
As part of our "Heaven at Work" program, employees are invited to select and keep a "Happiness in Action" card. These cards outline actions anyone can take to be more positive at work.
Over time the recipient will be able to collect a variety of cards that support positive thinking, with these individual thoughts flowing on to larger actions around the workplace.
Participation in our “Heaven at Work” program is a great way for employers to communicate their appreciation and ensure the long-term happiness and motivation of their staff.
Tracking the Performance
Whilst the challenge of creating a healthy, energetic environment is significant, finding concrete data that tracks the success of your chosen initiatives can be even more difficult.
In order to generate feedback for employers, our Angels invite staff to fill out the Choose Scale, which provides us with data that tracks the mood trends of your workplace over time.
This data then acts as a guide for employers in understanding mood and motivation changes amongst their staff and helps them to address any issues that may be vital to maintaining a happy, healthy and well-functioning workplace.

Pricing & How to Book
Your investment with "Heaven at Work" is priced on a per person basis and starts at $12.77 – which covers the Halo Massage, the "Happiness In Action" Cards and the Choose Scale.
