Andrew Ward

After being born and bred into an early career and university education in agriculture, Andrew discovered his flair for entrepreneurship.  This didn't get off to the greatest start, with his first dot-com exercise (curtailed post September 11, 2001) preceded the founding of 3 Minute Angels in February 2002.

Andrew has been involved with other business opportunities since 2002, but remains responsible for the overall health of the business from operational, financial and cultural perspectives.

Andrew is available for media and often gives presentations on topics such as small business, branding and O+O (Offshoring and Outsourcing).

Gordon Eckel

Following university studies and a traditional French Apprenticeship in Restaurant Management and Service, Gordon followed an exceptional career path in hospitality management, initially as an employee and later as an independent consultant. An accomplished business developer, Gordon co-founded 3 Minute Angels with Andrew Ward in February 2002 and has been responsible for the rapid sales growth of the business since then.

Gordon is now involved in a variety of other business interests whilst providing strategic guidance to 3 Minute Angels.
